How It Works

The XG1 is built around a precision-fit coupling that transforms how golfers install and test putter grips — no cutting, no waste, no hassle.

The Lower Coupling – Your Permanent Foundation

The lower coupling is permanently installed onto your existing putter shaft just above the head.

Once bonded in place, it becomes the fixed interface that connects all future grip assemblies.

Inside the coupling, a stainless-steel alignment pin provides both strength and repeatable positioning.

This lower section never needs to be replaced — it’s your anchor point for every upper grip you’ll ever try.

The Upper Coupling – Interchangeable Grip Assembly

Each grip is installed on its own upper shaft section, which houses the mating upper coupling.

This piece features a precision-machined hole that slides over the lower pin and locks into place with a screw - using any driver adjustment tool (Or a T25 Torx Wrench)

The connection is rigid, repeatable, and tool-secured — fully compliant with golf regulations.
